Battery water- and dustproof 2x20V 5.0/2.5Ah (20V & 40V tools) POWDP90370

This battery features Dual Shield technology and is compatible with all power tools and gardening tools in the Dual Power range, so you’ll no longer need a separate battery for each of your tools.

Our Dual Shield technology protects this POWDP90370 from the two main culprits that jeopardise your battery’s efficiency and durability: dust and water. With its IP57 classification, this battery is dustproof and protected when submerged in water of up to 1 meter deep, for a maximum of 30 minutes.

The water- and dustproof battery has a capacity of 2500 mAh. Use the battery on a 20 V tool and double the working time!

In addition, the battery has been fitted with 3 LED lights indicating the remaining battery power so you know when it needs charging.

Tips & tricks:

• Keep your Li-ion batteries in a cool, dry place where the temperature never goes over 40°C. Ideal would be a dry garage or storage area with temperatures between 5 and 20°C. The warmer the battery's surroundings, the faster it discharges. Temperatures that are too cold are also harmful.
• Batteries can become partially discharged from disuse over long periods of time. To prevent a deep discharge, make sure it's charged to about 40%.
• While the battery is shielded against dust and water, it's still important to avoid excessive exposure. Please also note that the Dual Shield protection applies only to the battery, not the entire tool.
