This means you can work without interruption and your batteries will always be ready to go. The charger is compatible with both the 20 V and 2x20 V Dual Power batteries.

The average charging time depends on how you use the charger and which battery you’re charging. If you only use one of the two ports, the charging time will be halved, and a 2.0 Ah battery will charge faster than an 8.0 Ah one.

The LED indicators are there, so you can clearly see the status of the charger or battery:

• Green light on: the charger is switched on and powered.
• Red light flashing: the battery is charging.
• Green light on continuously: the battery is fully charged.
• Green and red lights on continuously: an error has occurred.
• Green light on and red light flashing: the temperature is too high.
