Use this soil auger to drill holes in the ground with a depth of up to 800 mm. It prepares the soil, so you can easily install posts, fences or small trees. This tool comes with 3 drill bits of 100 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm in diameter.

Tips & Tricks:

• It’s best to drill deeper holes in increments. First drill up to about 300 mm deep, bring up the auger to shake off loose soil and drill some more. Working in increments prevents your auger from getting stuck.
• If you need to drill through harder soil, first loosen the first layer manually with a small shovel. It eases the way for the auger to drill through the next layers of soil.
• Always wear sturdy shoes and gloves when working with an auger. Don’t wear clothes that are too loose and can get tangled in the drill.
